Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and Scope

VerbCraft is the product available at https://verbcrafts.in. These Terms of Use govern access to its website, dashboard, creator tools and related services. By creating an account or purchasing or using the service, you agree to these terms and the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy. The Privacy Policy separately explains how personal information is handled; accepting terms does not replace any separate consent required by law.

These terms apply to individual creators, businesses, administrators, invited users, and anyone accessing VerbCraft through an account, payment link, or workspace.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, OTPs, reset links, and devices, and for activity performed through your account. Notify support@verbcrafts.in promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require verification before changing account ownership, billing, or access details.

Use an email address you control and do not share login codes or sessions. Google sign-in depends on the Google account you choose. An email code verifies access to a mailbox; it does not independently verify a person's identity, age or rights to submitted content. A person accepting terms for a business must have authority to do so.

3. Service and AI Outputs

VerbCraft provides content research, generation, planning, reporting, and workflow tools. Features, supported platforms, limits, and output formats may vary by plan and may change as the service evolves.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable. You must review, edit, fact-check, and approve each output before use. VerbCraft does not guarantee reach, virality, revenue, conversions, regulatory approval, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The service is not legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for claims, disclosures, permissions, and compliance connected with content you publish.

Topic rankings, opportunity or hook scores and suggested posting windows are guidance, not measured future performance. Examples and previews do not expand the features or usage included in your purchase. AI processing may take time, be queued, fail a quality check or require a retry; a pending request is not a completed output.

Where image, voice or video tools are available, obtain permission to use a person's likeness or voice and rights to product and brand assets. Review pronunciation, factual claims, visual accuracy and any required AI or advertising disclosures before publication. Do not use generated content to mislead people about an endorsement or a real person's actions.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use VerbCraft to violate law or third-party rights; generate deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful material; impersonate another person; distribute malware; bypass plan or security controls; access another account; scrape protected areas; overload infrastructure; or reverse engineer the service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for prompts, brand materials, images, personal data, and other content you submit. We may investigate misuse and limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.

5. Plans, Pricing, and Recurring Payments

Plan prices, billing periods, included usage, and taxes are displayed before purchase or agreed in writing. Charges are processed in INR unless otherwise shown. Payment processing is provided by Razorpay or another disclosed payment provider.

A recurring plan authorizes future charges according to the selected billing cycle until cancellation. A successful payment activates paid access only after VerbCraft receives confirmed payment evidence. Failed, pending, reversed, or unverified payments do not create paid entitlement.

Prices or plan features may change for a future billing cycle. Where required, we will provide notice before the change applies. Usage limits reset according to the applicable plan and billing period; unused limits do not carry forward unless expressly stated.

Free access is limited by the allowance shown for the account; using it does not authorize a paid charge by itself. Separate add-ons, credits, promotional offers or one-time purchases apply only as described at their checkout. Buying a script plan does not automatically include an independently priced media service. Review the final amount, billing interval and recurring-payment authorization before paying.

If a charge succeeds but the plan has not activated, do not repeatedly pay to resolve it. Contact support with the payment reference so the payment and entitlement can be checked. A failed or pending payment may require provider reconciliation and may leave paid features unavailable until confirmed.

6. Cancellation, Expiry, and Access

A confirmed cancellation stops future renewal according to its effective date. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid cycle preserves access until that cycle ends; an immediate cancellation can end paid access sooner. Check the confirmed cancellation type and effective date rather than assuming access always continues.

A refund-and-cancel action requests immediate paid-access revocation and provider cancellation. If the refund is accepted but provider cancellation fails, future charges may still be possible until support resolves it; refund confirmation alone is not cancellation confirmation. We may also suspend or terminate access immediately for fraud, chargeback abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or a material violation of these terms.

When access expires or is revoked, you may lose the ability to generate new content. Existing content may remain viewable for a limited period, but continued availability is not guaranteed unless required by law or expressly stated in the service.

Email support@verbcrafts.in from your account email to request subscription cancellation. Check for confirmation and the effective date: logging out, uninstalling a shortcut, not using the service or unsubscribing from marketing is not subscription cancellation. A cancellation error should be reported rather than treated as confirmation that renewal stopped.

Account deletion is a separate Settings action with feedback and email-OTP confirmation. The service attempts any required subscription cancellation before removing linked account records and stops deletion if that cancellation fails. Deletion is intended to be permanent, removes access to deleted content and is not itself a refund request. Save needed content and resolve outstanding billing questions before confirming deletion.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility and processing are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy at /refund-policy, which is incorporated into these terms. It explains current-period payment checks, the successful-script usage rule, full or partial refunds, provider processing states and the access effect of each refund option. A support request is not a promise of approval or evidence that money has been returned.

Nothing in these terms or the Refund Policy limits a non-waivable right available under applicable consumer law, including remedies for duplicate charges, a service not supplied as described, or other legally recognized deficiencies.

8. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain rights you lawfully hold in content you submit. You grant VerbCraft and the providers needed for your request permission to host, copy, transmit, process and transform it to provide the requested service, store your work, maintain security and handle support. This is not a transfer of ownership of your source content or a blanket permission to publish it in advertising.

VerbCraft owns the platform, software, interface, workflows, templates, brand assets, proprietary systems, and related intellectual property. Your subscription provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable access period; it does not transfer ownership of the platform.

Generated output may resemble other output or contain elements governed by third-party rights. Access to an output does not guarantee exclusive ownership, copyright protection, trademark clearance or a licence to another person's likeness, music, images or brand. Check rights and applicable provider or asset restrictions before commercial use.

9. Third-Party Services

VerbCraft relies on third-party services for payments, hosting, authentication, email, AI processing, analytics, monitoring, and content signals. Their availability and processing may be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for an independent third-party service beyond obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, platform changes, security events, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features. If a material change substantially reduces a paid service during an active billing period, we will provide a reasonable remedy where required by applicable law.

Reasonable technical limits may apply to request frequency, concurrent jobs, file sizes and storage to protect users and providers. Do not evade those limits by rotating accounts or identifiers. A technical retry or account restriction does not authorize additional purchases or waive any applicable refund or consumer remedy.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VerbCraft is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties not expressly stated in these terms. You are responsible for decisions made using generated or analytical outputs.

To the extent permitted by law, VerbCraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer or other law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, contact support@verbcrafts.in so we can try to resolve the matter. This clause does not restrict your right to approach an appropriate consumer commission, regulator, court, or statutory grievance mechanism that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

13. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms to reflect product, provider, commercial, or legal changes. We will change the date above and provide additional notice when legally required. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.

For account, billing, privacy, refund or service complaints, contact support@verbcrafts.in with your account email and relevant reference. Keep a copy of your request and our response. Contacting support does not require you to give up any statutory complaint, dispute or consumer remedy.
