1. Information We Collect

When you use VerbCraft, we may process workspace data such as prompts, uploaded brand examples, generated scripts, hooks, captions, images, client brand profiles, scheduler entries, reports, white-label settings, usage limits, feature access, and admin actions.

We also collect technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, approximate location, referral source, pages viewed, error logs, security events, and timestamps needed for analytics, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and service reliability.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, provide dashboard access, process payments, activate plans, enforce usage limits, generate content, deliver reports, respond to support requests, and operate agency workflows.

We may use operational data to improve product quality, diagnose bugs, monitor abuse, measure feature usage, maintain security, personalize the dashboard, and communicate important service updates.

For agency accounts, we use manager assignment, client brand data, and white-label settings to support dedicated manager workflows, team access, and client-ready reporting.

3. AI Processing

When you submit prompts, uploaded content, brand samples, images, or other creative instructions, that information may be processed by AI systems and infrastructure providers to generate outputs requested by you.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, sensitive, or third-party information unless you have the right to use it and understand that it will be processed to provide the requested feature.

AI outputs should be reviewed before publication. VerbCraft does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, compliant, or suitable for a specific legal, financial, medical, advertising, or professional use.

4. Payments and Billing

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. VerbCraft does not store full card numbers or banking credentials. We may store payment status, plan, amount, invoice references, subscription state, and transaction identifiers needed to activate or support your account.

If you purchase limited-time access or a paid plan, we may use your email, account identifier, and payment status to prevent duplicate misuse, apply access rules, and maintain billing records.

5. Emails, Alerts, and Communications

We may send transactional emails, welcome messages, payment updates, support replies, account notices, security alerts, and sales follow-up messages. Marketing or product update messages may include an unsubscribe option where required.

If you submit a contact sales form, the details you provide may be sent to support@verbcrafts.in and stored for follow-up, account creation, and agency onboarding.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, AI processing, storage, security, and customer support.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect VerbCraft, to investigate abuse or fraud, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transfer such as merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.

7. Data Retention

We retain account, billing, security, support, and usage records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

Generated content, reports, prompts, and workspace information may remain available in your dashboard unless deleted, replaced, expired, or removed as part of account closure or operational cleanup.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls, HTTPS, authentication, limited admin access, and infrastructure-level protections. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe, using strong passwords, controlling team member access, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of certain personal information by contacting us. Some requests may be limited by legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, or operational requirements.

You can stop using the service at any time. You may also ask us to close your account, subject to any outstanding payment, legal, security, or data retention obligations.

10. Children and Sensitive Data

VerbCraft is not intended for children. Do not use the service if you are not legally able to enter into a binding agreement or if your use is prohibited by applicable law.

Do not upload sensitive personal data, government identifiers, health records, financial account credentials, or confidential client material unless you have authority and a lawful reason to do so.
