1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VerbCraft, including the website, dashboard, admin tools, payment flows, AI generation tools, reports, alerts, and related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

These terms apply to individual creators, brands, agencies, agency team members, administrators, and anyone who accesses VerbCraft through an account, invitation, payment link, or shared workspace.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate account information, including your name, email address, billing information, and organization details where required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

If you create an agency workspace, you are responsible for the users you invite, the client brands you manage, and the content generated, exported, scheduled, or shared from that workspace.

3. Use of the Platform

VerbCraft helps users discover content opportunities, generate scripts, hooks, captions, images, reports, and planning material. Outputs are intended as creative assistance and operational support, not as guaranteed performance, legal advice, financial advice, or professional certification.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits, access another user account, scrape protected areas of the platform, interfere with infrastructure, or use the service for unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving all content before publishing or sharing it.

You must ensure that any claims, comparisons, financial statements, health statements, advertisements, influencer disclosures, client reports, and brand messaging comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and industry standards.

5. Plans, Payments, and Access Limits

Paid plans, one-day access, agency subscriptions, usage limits, and feature access are shown on the pricing page or agreed separately with VerbCraft. Prices may change for future billing cycles or future purchases.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Access may be limited, paused, or downgraded if payment fails, if usage exceeds plan limits, or if the account violates these terms.

6. Agency Features and White-Label Reports

Agency accounts may access team management, client brand profiles, white-label report settings, dedicated manager information, and report generation features. The agency is responsible for obtaining client permissions and ensuring report data is used lawfully.

White-label output may hide VerbCraft branding for agency-client presentation, but it does not transfer ownership of VerbCraft software, systems, templates, workflows, or internal methods.

7. Intellectual Property

VerbCraft owns the platform, software, interface, workflows, templates, design system, proprietary prompts, operational logic, trademarks, and related intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create competing services from the platform.

You retain responsibility for your uploaded brand materials, prompts, logos, client information, and content you publish. You grant VerbCraft permission to process that material only as needed to provide and improve the service.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, payment failure, security risk, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred, nor does it require VerbCraft to preserve data indefinitely unless required by law or agreed in writing.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, viral growth, platform reach, revenue, conversion rate, or any particular content outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerbCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
